Holiday Walk

Event Details

Usher in the holiday season during the Flint Cultural Center’s 37th Annual Holiday Walk on Tuesday, Dec. 6. Visit with Santa Claus, enjoy festive music, a cosmic light show, ice carvings, holiday crafts and more!

*Applewood will have carolers, ice carvings, and hot cider & cookies.

The celebration begins at 5:15 p.m. when Santa and Flint Mayor Sheldon Neeley kick off the festivities with the annual tree lighting ceremony, taking place in the green space between Longway Planetarium and Flint Institute of Arts. Each venue along the Holiday Walk route will have activities, refreshments, or live music to enjoy — and it’s all free!

**For those who wish to donate, we are accepting donations at Holiday Walk of gently used or new winter gear for the Flint Eastside Mission. Visitors can drop off the donations of coats, hats, and mittens under the Christmas trees in front of the house for the coat drive.
