Storytime at Applewood

The Ruth Mott Foundation invites you to FREE family friendly Storytime at Applewood! Online registration is strongly encouraged as supplies are limited. RSVP:

This week we will read “Ethan’s Talent Search by Eric Woodyard & Sharonda Jones and their son Ethan! Little Ethan has become discouraged on his journey to discover his true talents. He sees his friends and classmates excel in different ways and things become frustrating for him, as a young boy from Flint, Michigan. Follow along as Ethan goes through the highs and lows until he ultimately finds his special skills. The tale of Ethan’s talent search shows why it’s important to never quit and always believe in yourself.

After Storytime, we will meet the author and participate in a pop in talent show!. We will enjoy a Taste of Applewood and a kids’ yoga/mindfulness class will start promptly at noon-1:00pm. Plan your visit to stay a little longer this week-you won’t want to miss out!

Storytime at Applewood takes place every Friday at 11:30 a.m.
