Guided Mindfulness

Join us for a guided mindfulness experience at various places throughout the gardens and grounds. Enjoy Applewood’s beauty and tranquility with activities designed to support well-being and promote self-awareness. Offered on the second Saturday of every month until Oct. 14 through a partnership with the Crim Fitness Foundation.
