Storytime at Applewood

The Ruth Mott Foundation invites you to FREE family friendly Storytime at Applewood! Online registration is strongly encouraged as supplies are limited. RSVP:

This week we will read “Baby Like Mine” by LaTashia Perry, the latest book in the Kids Like Mine Series follows a little girl who’s having a difficult time adjusting to her new role as a Big Sister. This heartwarming story is the perfect way to aid both boys and girls in understanding their feelings while life for them is changing in a major way. With the arrival of a new baby, children need to be reminded that moms and dads have not forgotten about them and how important they truly are.

After Storytime, you will have a chance to meet the author, LaTashia Perry. Have fun creating a “Love Tree” connecting you to everyone who cares about you. Learn more about the Mott family tree and the children who grew up at Applewood. There will also be a Taste of Applewood for everyone to enjoy!

Storytime at Applewood takes place every Friday at 11:30 a.m.
