Storytime at Applewood
Event Details
The Ruth Mott Foundation invites you to Storytime at Applewood! We will read “Flint Kids” with author Olivia Holden as guest reader. The Flint Kids Book was written to motivate Flint kids to read more and includes positive messaging developed for Flint kids and by Flint kids.
You can drop in between 11:30 a.m.–12:15 p.m. to visit our Storytime stations. For the related activity, we will practice fun ways to be active and/or creative.
- For safety, masks are strongly recommended for everyone age 2 and older.
- Physical distancing is required.
- Every event will be interpreted by an American Sign Language professional.
- Storytime is outdoors. Please bring your sunscreen, bug spray, and chairs or blankets to sit on if you prefer.
