By posting, uploading, transmitting, or sending content to the Foundation, you irrevocably grant the Foundation a royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive, unrestricted, worldwide right and license to use, copy, modify, transmit, distribute, display, publicly perform, and create derivative works of all such content and communications, in any medium (now in existence or hereinafter developed) and for any purpose, including commercial purposes, and to authorize others to do so. Without limiting the foregoing, you acknowledge that the Foundation may publish information you submit in whole or in part on the Foundation’s website and in print materials. We reserve the right, but undertake no duty, to review, edit, move, or delete any content you submit, in our sole discretion, without notice, and you waive any right to review or control the finished product.
The Foundation is not responsible for any content you submit. Please be aware that content you may be available to other users, so you should be mindful of personally identifiable information and sensitive Content you may wish to post. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONSEQUENCES OF CONTENT OR PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION YOU POST, UPLOAD, TRANSMIT, SEND OR OTHERWISE MAKE AVAILABLE. Do not submit obscene, indecent, hateful, offensive, defamatory, abusive, harassing or profane material. Do not submit material unless you own the copyright to that material, or you have written permission to post it, and do not submit material if use of such material by the Foundation as contemplated in these terms would violate or infringe upon the copyright, trademark, trade secret, privacy, or other rights of any person or entity. You agree that you will indemnify and hold the Foundation harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, costs or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these terms. In no event will the Foundation be liable to you for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental or punitive damages arising out of your submission of information, and in no event will the Foundation be liable for any amount in excess of $100.
