The Sept. 17 Civic Saturdays program will focus on taxidermy through the lens of historic preservation. Our expert collections staff will discuss how to safely care for items like furs, feathers, and taxidermy that you may have in your possession.

Civic Saturdays programs are held on the third Saturday of the month, May through September. Drop in anytime from 1–4 p.m. and stay for as long or as little as you like. The enduring legacy of Charles Stewart and Ruth Mott is their extraordinary commitment to civic participation. We invite you to come explore some different ways that you, too, can become involved in your community.
