Storytime at Applewood
Event Details
We will read “Ten Rules of Being a Superhero,” by Deb Pilutti, and explore how we can be our own superheroes, including little acts that can make a major difference in peoples lives. Our activity will also follow this idea. We will participate in a backpack drive and make some things along the way.
You can drop in between 11:30 a.m.–12:15 p.m. to visit our Storytime stations. There will also be a related activity.
- For safety, masks are strongly recommended for everyone age 2 and older.
- Physical distancing is required.
- Storytime is outdoors. Please dress for the weather and bring your sunscreen, bug spray, and chairs or blankets to sit on if you prefer.
American Sign Language interpretation will be provided.
