Virtual Storytime with Applewood

Event Details

Join us for a virtual Storytime with Applewood! This month we’ll be reading “How do Dinosaurs Clean Their Rooms?” by Jane Yolen.

What is civic responsibility? It’s simple, really. It is all about helping the community and people within that community. Some examples of this are getting out to vote when you are old enough or serving on a community board. Something as simple as cleaning up could also be a form of civic participation. Cleaning up your lawn, your neighbor’s lawn (with permission), or cleaning up around the block you live on are all examples of ways you can help in your community.

We hope you can make it and are excited to have you!
The story will be read via Facebook live on the Applewood Facebook page.

**ASL Interpretation will be provided for this program**
