Project support to The Flint Institute of Music for Community Programs that provide high-quality, age appropriate out of school time music and dance instruction and live performance opportunities for north Flint children and families. Specific program elements include: the Super Start transition program; the Music and Dance for Young Learners program; and dance and music lessons for youth at partner organizations.
