Flintside: On the Ground 2022

Support to the Flint & Genesee Chamber Foundation for Issue Media Group’s Flintside: On the Ground 2022 program. The On the Ground project will embed trained journalists to work in partnership with residents to develop weekly news coverage highlighting events and the work of local individuals, businesses, and nonprofits in one north Flint neighborhood. The program will also provide training, equipment, and paid freelance opportunities through a fellowship program for neighborhood residents to write their own stories.
