Operating support for the Latinx Technology and Community Center (Latinx Center). The Latinx Center provides access to computer technology, youth programs, bilingual instruction in Spanish as a Second Language and English as a Second Language (ESL), Spanish translation services, and property maintenance through the Clean and Green program. This grant also includes support for translation and interpretation services for entrepreneurs engaged with the Flint Soup - DOXA program, which leverages state and federal funding to support entrepreneurs and small business owners.
