Project support for Specialized Employment Services, Inc., doing business as Flint STRIVE, to offer a 15-day job training program and employment supports to unemployed or underemployed adult residents of north Flint. The program will also support the participation of north Flint youth in the Youth Empowerment Program, a year-round job readiness and paid job shadowing program.
